Matchday Hospitality

What is the dress code for matchday hospitality

Gloucester Rugby operate a flexible dress code policy. Rugby shirts, home, away or neutral are encouraged. Smart casual is the suggested outfit choice, with jeans allowed.

 

No flip flops, or ripped jeans are allowed. 

 

 

Where is my matchday entrance

Each of our Hospitality areas have specific entrances below

 

Malvern Tyres Boxes 24-38, Captains Lounge, The Blindside and Chairman's Club all need to enter through Main Reception

 

Speedy Skips Boxes 1-22 and The Mike Teague Lounge all need to enter through Gate 3 - Hospitality Entrance

I have a dietary requirement - how do inform the Gloucester Rugby team?

Dietary requirements can be submitted via the hospitality platform

 

Visit your personal portal - My Events - Select the event you want to manage - Add guest - Add dietary requirements

 

If the deadline to do this has run-out on the portal, you can contact one of the team via email - hospitality@gloucesterrugby.co.uk and we can action this

 

Please note, Gloucester Rugby will accomodate dietary requirements/allergens wherever possible, but anytime within 48 hours of Kick-off must be confirmed by a member of the team

What matchday hospitality packages are available at Gloucester Rugby?

We have a variety of hospitality experiences available at Kingsholm described below:

 

The Mike Teague Lounge - hosted by club legend Mike Teague, enjoy a 2 course buffet meal and 2 hours inclusive bar

 

The Captains Lounge - A delicious 3 course meal, 3 hours inclusive bar, vibrant atmosphere and player Q+A's

 

The Blindside - Tapas style finer dining, a relaxed atmoshpere, and 5 hour inclusive bar

 

Matchboxes - Our Speedy Skips Matchboxes are perfect for all occasions, enjoy a 2 course buffet and fully stocked mini fridge (charged additional)

 

Party Package - Join us in box 9 and embrace the party atmosphere, a fully inclusive drinks package awaits 

 

The Tump Suite - Enjoy Gloucester's premium box experience, a 3 course meal and fully inclusive drinks package

Can I book hospitality for a single match?

Yes. Hospitality packages are available for individual fixtures throughout the season, subject to availability

Do you offer seasonal hospitality packages?
Yes. Seasonal packages are available and provide hospitality access for ALL REGULAR SEASON fixtures throughout the season. This includes but is not limited to: 9 Prem games, 2 Investec Champions Cup games PLUS 4 Prem Cup games

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
Packages are available for a variety of group sizes, from individual guests and small groups to larger corporate parties. Please contact the team to discuss your requirements - hospitality@gloucesterrugby.co.uk 

Hospitality Experience

What is included in a hospitality package?

Package inclusions vary but may include premium seating, dining, complimentary drinks, exclusive lounge access, and appearances from Gloucester Rugby current and former players.

 

Will I be seated with my guests?

Yes. We will ensure your hospitality guests are seated together wherever possible.

 

Do hospitality tickets include match tickets?

Yes. Hospitality packages include access to the match alongside the hospitality experience.

 

Are former players involved in the hospitality experience?
Many hospitality events feature appearances from former players, coaches, or special guests. These are subject to availability.
Can hospitality be used for personal celebrations as well as business entertainment?
Absolutely. Hospitality is popular for birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, and social occasions as well as corporate entertaining.

Food and Drink

Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. We can accommodate most dietary requirements and allergens. Please advise us of any requirements prior to the event. Dietary requirements and Allergens can be added via your guest portal under the 'My Events' tab
Can menu choices be pre-selected?

Menu's will be available to view via the platform, you will need to select your choices pre-event

Are drinks included?
This depends on the package purchased. Specific inclusions will be detailed on each package area.
Can guests purchase additional drinks?

Yes. Additional beverages are available to purchase where not included within a package. Speak to our team on the day to ask what's included in your package, and what we have available
